Acupuncture Marketing: Marketing measured in new patients.

We help acupuncture practices turn marketing spend into booked patients: Google and Facebook ads, a website built to book, follow-up within minutes, and reporting that shows which campaigns brought in which patients. For a small practice, that partnership runs $2,000 to $5,000 a month. One offshore channel, SEO or ads alone, runs about $500 to $1,000. What the two ranges cover.

What it takes

From the first ad to the treatment plan.

Many patients start their search with a condition: back pain, fertility, migraines or stress. They want to trust the practitioner before they book, and the revenue arrives over a course of visits. Marketing has to carry them from that first search to a treatment plan, and the reporting has to follow. If new patients and revenue do not trace back to the spend, the reporting is unfinished.

01

Condition-led offers

Ads and pages built around the conditions you treat, in the words patients use to describe them.

02

Google Ads and local search

Campaigns and pages that reach people searching for relief near them, with spend kept away from searches that never book.

03

Facebook and Instagram ads

Campaigns that reach people before they search and send them to an assessment on your site.

04

A website built to book

Pages that answer the patient’s question in plain words and end in one call or booking.

05

Follow-up within minutes

Every inquiry gets a text and an email straight away, and lands in your CRM with the condition it came in for.

06

Reporting in patients and revenue

Every lead keeps its source from the first click, so you can see which campaigns produced booked patients and, where your EHR allows, the revenue behind them.

Common questions

Questions from practice owners.

What is the best way to market an acupuncture practice?
Start with the conditions you treat and the people already looking for help with them, then keep the path from ad to first visit short. For most practices that means Google for people searching now, Facebook and Instagram for people who haven’t started looking, a page that answers their question and asks for the visit, and a reply within minutes. Judge each channel by the patients and revenue it brings in.
Do Facebook and Instagram ads work for acupuncture?
They can, when the ad sends people to a page on your site. Princeton Acupuncture’s instant-form leads were cheap but broke even at best. Once the ads sent people to an on-site back-pain assessment, return on ad spend went from break-even to 9:1 in the first month and averaged 4.2× over six months.
Do Google Ads work for acupuncture clinics?
Yes, when campaigns are built around the conditions you treat and the area you serve, with negative keywords that keep spend away from people searching for acupuncture schools, jobs or supplies. Search traffic already has intent, so the work is sending it to the right page and calling back fast.
How do I measure the ROI of acupuncture marketing?
Divide the revenue from new patients by what you spent to bring them in, counting the whole course of treatment. That needs every lead to keep its source from the first click to the first appointment. Cost per lead on its own only tells you which leads were cheapest.
How long does acupuncture marketing take to work?
Paid campaigns usually bring the first inquiries within two weeks, and a steady cost per new patient takes sixty to ninety days of data. SEO is slower: new pages usually take a few months to bring steady traffic, so it works best alongside ads.
