Acupuncture marketing: A page per condition. A booking at the end.

Two practice sites we designed and built. Whole Healthy Family is Chinese medicine in Harrison, New York and Newtown, Connecticut. Princeton Acupuncture is condition-led pages, each ending in a call. The ads for Princeton land on a separate back-pain assessment.

Websites

What does the site have to do?

01

Why a page per condition?

People search for the pain or the problem: back pain, neuropathy, fertility, sleep. They look up acupuncture after that. A homepage that lists every service gives them nowhere to land. Whole Healthy Family’s new site gives chronic pain, sleep, digestion, anxiety, and cancer support a page of their own.

02

What is the one action?

A call or a booking. The page answers the question in plain words and stops. A second offer, a newsletter, and a quiz on the same screen split the visit.

03

What has to match the listing?

The name, the street, the unit, the ZIP, and the hours. Whole Healthy Family’s Newtown address had to read “141 Mount Pleasant Rd, Unit 3,” the same way it reads on the Google Business Profile. A mismatch is how a Maps click dies on the wrong page.

04

When is the job a rebuild?

A one-page site for a practice that just opened is a build. A site with years of pages is an audit of which URLs already get the visit, then new pages only where a condition has no home. The first month tells us which of those we are looking at.

Common questions

Questions from practice owners.

What does an acupuncture website need?
A page for each condition you treat, written in the words people search, ending in one booking. The address, hours, and name have to match the Google Business Profile. Whole Healthy Family has that structure for Harrison, New York and Newtown, Connecticut. Princeton Acupuncture’s ads land on an assessment built for one condition, back pain.
Can you rebuild a site that is one page?
Yes. A practice that just opened, with a one-page site, is a build. A practice with ten years of pages is an audit of what already ranks, then a fix of the pages that should be getting the visit. They are different jobs, and the first month is how we tell which one you are.
Do you write the condition pages?
Yes. The pages name the condition, the towns, and what a first visit is. Whole Healthy Family’s old site was one page. The new one has a page for each condition and a page for each office.

Dan has been one of the few people to deliver on what he promises. He's prompt and follows up, I never have to wonder what the status of my project is. I knew Dan would be great to work with as soon as I saw how organized he is and is able to reduce a problem down to an easy project he can fix fast. Thanks Dan!
