The brochure problem

A beautiful site that does not book anyone is a cost center.

Most practice websites describe the practice. They open with a mission statement, list the modalities, introduce the team, and stop there. Nothing on the page moves a person toward an appointment.

The details give it away. The phone number lives in the footer and is not tappable. The contact form goes to an inbox nobody has opened since the vendor set it up. Booking is a link on the third page of the menu. Every service reads the same, so a patient with a specific problem cannot tell whether you treat it.

Your website should be the first step of an appointment, not a digital pamphlet that happens to be online.

Recent builds

Live, in production, booking patients.

The process

Four steps, five weeks, no open-ended redesign.

01

Discovery and content plan

Week one

We agree the page list, the services you want to grow, and what each page has to do. You get a content checklist — photos, bios, insurance details, service specifics — and we write the rest. Scope is fixed here, and that is what keeps the timeline honest.

02

Design

Week two

The design is created from the ground up for your practice: your photography, your visual language, your typography, and the patient journey you want to shape. You approve the home page and one service page before we build the rest.

03

Build and integrate

Weeks three and four

Every page is built and populated. Booking, chat, forms, tracking, and follow-up are wired in and tested with real submissions. Every page is engineered with SEO/AEO in mind, including JSON-LD & WebMCP

04

Launch and measure

Week five

The site goes live. The old site redirects to the new one and is recrawled. Follow-up is already running, so the first inquiry get answered in seconds rather than sitting in an inbox.

Common questions

Website build FAQ

How long does a website build take?

Most builds go live four to six weeks after kickoff. The schedule is fixed because the scope is fixed: an agreed page list, a custom design built for your practice, and a defined set of integrations. The variable is content. Practices that can supply photos, staff bios, and service details in the first week launch at the front of that range.

Do we own the site when it is finished?

Yes. The domain, the content, the analytics, and the site itself are yours and stay in your name.

Can you migrate our existing content?

Yes. We audit what you have first. Pages that earn traffic or explain a service well get carried over and tightened. Pages that exist because a previous vendor filled a sitemap get cut. Photography, staff bios, insurance details, and location information all move across. You are not starting from a blank page unless you want to.

What happens to our SEO during a rebuild?

We audit every page before the rebuild. Pages with thin content or little value are either decommissioned or redirected to higher-quality pages. This is not 2010: quality matters more than quantity. We map every remaining URL to its new destination before launch and put permanent redirects in place, so ranking pages keep their equity. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, and schema move with the content. After launch we recrawl the site, watch Search Console for errors and coverage changes, and fix anything that shifts in the first weeks.

Do you host the site?

Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, and platform updates are handled for you on modern infrastructure — no plugin maintenance, no surprise outages, no server to manage. If you would rather host it elsewhere, the site can be handed over and deployed on your own account.

What happens after launch?

The follow-up system is already running, so every inquiry is answered and followed up from day one. We watch the first thirty days closely, making small corrections or updates if necessary. From there you can keep the site as is, or work with us on paid media or bring us on as fractional growth partners.
